Terms of Service

Welcome to VX.STUDIO — a property of OKDOTSTUDIO INC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://vx.studio), templates, digital assets, and related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

a. License to Templates & Digital Assets

OKDOTSTUDIO INC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website templates, design files, components, and resources (“Assets”) for personal or commercial projects. You may customize these Assets for client or internal use. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Assets in original or modified form as standalone files or part of a competing product.

b. Webflow or/and Framer Template Transfers

Webflow or/and Framer templates are delivered manually. You may request up to 5 transfers per day to your Webflow account. Most transfers are completed within 12 business hours. Abuse or automated requests may result in suspension.

c. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our platform and content.

2. User Accounts

a. Registration & Security

Certain features may require account creation. You are solely responsible for protecting your login credentials and any activity under your account.

b. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of our platform, or activity that harms the VX.STUDIO brand or users.

3. User Submissions

a. Rights & Ownership

If you submit testimonials, feedback, or other materials to OKDOTSTUDIO INC, you retain ownership. However, by doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and publish that content in connection with our services and marketing.

b. Content Responsibility

You’re responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful, virus-free, and do not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Proprietary Rights

All templates, design systems, brand assets, and site content remain the exclusive property of OKDOTSTUDIO INC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials outside the license scope of your subscription.

b. Trademarks

VX.STUDIO and associated brand elements are trademarks of OKDOTSTUDIO INC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitations & Liabilities

a. No Warranty

All services and digital products are provided “as is” without any warranty—express or implied. We make no promises regarding compatibility, uptime, or specific outcomes.

b. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OKDOTSTUDIO INC from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at https://vx.studio. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
