Pricing depends on the scope of your project and the level of customization required. We offer three core packages, and each one is designed to suit different business sizes and levels of complexity.

If your business requires advanced features or integrations, the total price may increase to reflect the added development and setup. We always provide clear pricing before we begin.

Can I customize what’s included in a kit?

Yes, absolutely.

Launch Kits are not one-size-fits-all. We tailor each kit based on your company’s structure, team size, and objectives. Whether you need to add features like email marketing or remove tools you already use, we’ll configure your system to match what’s most useful to your business right now, while keeping room for future growth.

What’s the difference between a Launch Kit and a website template?

Templates only give you the visual part of the website, leaving you to figure out the rest. Launch Kits are fully built and optimized systems that include strategy, design, development, integrations, and essential tools to drive business results.

They’re made to reduce guesswork, save time, and give you a performance-ready digital presence from the beginning.

Do I need to pay everything upfront?

We offer flexible payment terms for most projects. Typically, clients pay 50% at the start of the project and the remaining 50% upon delivery.

For larger builds or custom requests, we may suggest a milestone-based payment plan. Retainer packages are billed monthly, with the option to cancel or adjust based on your needs.

Is post-launch support included?

Yes. We provide 14 days of basic support after launch to help you settle in and handle any immediate needs or questions. If you want ongoing assistance, updates, or strategic support, you can subscribe to one of our monthly retainer packages. These are designed to help your system grow and evolve as your business does.

Can I upgrade my Launch Kit or add features later?

Definitely. Many clients start with a leaner setup and expand their system over time. Whether you want to add new tools, improve performance, or scale your marketing efforts, we can build on your existing Launch Kit without needing to start over.

How long does it take to launch a kit?

The timeline depends on whether you choose an existing Launch Kit or a custom-built one. Licensing an existing kit usually takes between 5 to 10 business days to prepare and configure.

If we are building a new kit from scratch, it typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the system and how quickly we receive content and approvals.
