Matix website homepage on a laptop, redesigned and developed by VX.STUDIO.

Overview / 01

A website redesign for a manufacturing technology consultancy.

Consulting for the factory floor and the boardroom.

Matix is a consulting firm that helps manufacturers modernize their production and supply chain operations, using real-time production tracking and AI-driven insights.

They asked us to redesign and develop their website so that executives evaluating a digital transformation project could quickly understand what Matix does and why it matters to their business.

  • Matix homepage hero on desktop, introducing its manufacturing consulting services.
  • Matix contact form on desktop, where manufacturers request a consultation.
  • Matix “how it works” section on desktop, outlining the consulting process step by step.
  • Matix features section on desktop, with icons for capabilities such as real-time production tracking and AI-driven insights.

Challenge / 02

Real-time data and AI, explained to the people who approve the budget.

Too complex to explain fast.

Projects like Matix’s involve complex systems, technical language, and several stakeholders. Its capabilities, real-time production tracking and AI-driven insights, are valuable but hard to explain to someone who isn’t an engineer.

The site had to translate those capabilities into business terms an executive could follow quickly, without losing the technical credibility operations teams look for.

  • Matix product page on desktop, explaining its production tracking and AI insights platform.

Solution / 03

Business value first, with the technical depth close behind.

Clarity through structure.

We redesigned and developed the site around a simple structure: what Matix does, how it works, and what it changes for the business.

Each capability, from real-time production tracking to AI-driven insights, is introduced in business terms first, with technical detail available for those who want it. A step-by-step process section shows how an engagement runs, the product page goes deeper on the platform, and a consultation form gives executives a clear next step.

  • Matix insights section on desktop, with articles on manufacturing technology and a call to action to get in touch.
  • Matix contact page offering two ways to get in touch: [option one] and [option two].
  • Matix features section on a tablet, outlining the company’s manufacturing capabilities.
  • Person holding a phone showing the Matix homepage hero on mobile.
