Overview / 01

Brand, website and marketing for a San Francisco Bay Area roofing contractor.

A roofer that wanted its own leads.

Paragon Roofing is a residential and commercial roofing contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We built a new brand identity, designed and developed the website on Webflow, created a landing-page system, and set up the marketing strategy across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Yelp, and Meta.

Over six months, the work generated more than 300 appointments, made lead acquisition materially more efficient, and gave Paragon a stable source of customer acquisition.

Challenge / 02

No brand system, an outdated website, and leads Paragon didn’t control.

Bought leads, built around cheap repairs.

Before working with us, Paragon relied on referrals and on leads bought from third-party sellers. Many of those leads came from people looking for cheap roof repairs, which didn’t reflect the work Paragon does.

Its website was outdated and there was no brand system to build on. Even when homeowners found Paragon directly, little helped make the case for choosing them. Paragon needed its own source of qualified customers, independent of referrals and lead sellers.

Solution / 03

A brand, a website, flexible landing pages, and four channels working together.

One system, from first search to booked appointment.

We started with a brand identity Paragon could build on, and applied it across the website, business cards, and folders.

The new website, built on Webflow, is supported by a landing-page system that matches each campaign to what a homeowner is searching for: a service, an area, or a specific need such as a roof leak. Six to eight landing pages run at any time, so campaigns can change without rebuilding the site.

The marketing runs across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Yelp, and Meta, with each channel working as part of one system rather than on its own. Within six months, the work generated more than 300 appointments, lowered the cost per lead by +35%, and established a stable source of customer acquisition.
